Playoff Week 1 Preview and Predicitons

It is playoff time for MHSAA football. The Midland Chemics look to extend their 8-game winning streak to 9 on Friday, October 27 at 7 pm at home against the Trojans of Traverse City Central. The Trojans enter the playoffs with a record of (6-3) and boast a very strong offense that scores 35 points per game. The Chemics and Trojans had two common opponents during the regular season, with both losing to Traverse City West and both defeating Bay City Western. This should be a great test to start the playoffs for the Chemics as they look to continue their winning ways during a deep run in the playoffs.

Predictions:

Jeff: 28-21 Midland

Austin: 42-28 Midland

Ty: 23-14 Midland

Tyler: 35-20 Midland
